How many days to leave fb or open up a case?

How many days for opening up a case? 45 or 60 days?

And to leave feedback it's 45 or 60 days? I forgot what one is what.

Thank you. GGW

Stated to be 45 days to open a case

99% of the time this is true.

But, a slime-ball buyer may be enabled by ebay & file later.

Here's the trap too. Leaving feedback is 60 days.

Cases have been opened against a seller well past the 45 day period by calling PP and manually doing...very annoying :( and quite a few stories about this

Yeah I bet but I think there is a cut off date and what not.

What about feedback?

45 days for a case and 60 for fb

Bare in mind that even though a EB and PP case cannot (most the time) be opened after 45 days, a charge back can still be issued upto 180 days.

chargebacks based on cc company and if you have tracking should be ok for that

Even so - dont expect PP to fight back hard for you vs. a chargeback

Ideally you want a signature with the tracking as well.

I have fought a fair number of charge backs and won, PP do try to help as best they can with them.

Chargeback is not via the ebay/paypal portal though.

It's an issue between cardholder and their bank.

It does mean strife for paypal account holders.

Go away and climb under a rock will you.

That is your most inane and pointless post I have read.

In fact take a break from posting.

I do not intend to spend my days following after you to read your gibberish.

We have EVIDENCE from sellers who supplied proof to paypal yet lost their case.

I recommend you read the forum instead of polluting it.

I have had royal mail (UK post) signatures on there website, same name as person on paypal and won the chargebacks as a result.

Maybe its luck or maybe previously the signatory is slightly different to that on paypal.

Am sure every case is slightly different
