Hi my wife has an ebay account which is not restricted. Could she sell on her ebay as it wansnt her that got stopped. if not why would she not be able to as that cant really be fair can it..?

If your account have been linked then there is a high chance her account will eventually go down.

eBay are not so bothered by the notions of what is fair and what is not fair

If you start selling the same items from your wife's account that you used to sell from your banned account, and you live at the same address then yes, the accounts will definitely be linked. They might ask you for ID and other documents.

I wouldn't trust this account too much to be honest. I would recommend you to think about going the stealth way.

By all means try and use the account if she's happy with that.

It's a high probability that it will get suspended by association to your account.

If i change the ip at my work address and clear the computer also the same at home can i log on the ebay with them them.. How about my mobile phone?

Does anyone else at your work use the same internet access point?

If so then your best not to use the work computer.

The best thing you can do if spend a few days reading the forum, you will learn a lot more that way.
