New eBay account, when is right time to sell?
I have started up a new eBay account on the 15th of this month, I have 1 positive feedback from buying a game, but I have 2 Tomorrowland tickets I am wanting to sell, hoping to get around €1,000-1,300 for them, and was wondering since the account is new when is the best time to sell, how long should I wait?...I just cannot afford for eBay/PayPal to mess up my accounts and hold the money or anything, thanks. |

Wait another 2 weeks - get more bidding/browsing activity going - dont start off by just selling those tickets - that's a high amount for first transaction. |

Because of the counterfeiting of tickets I would think high risk for sure. |

try and delay as long as you can, if sale goes through funds maybe blocked for a period as well. Is there no websites that sell tickets ? |

On EB UK at least tickets can no longer be sold. |

| All event tickets as of May last year. They will still show up in EB UK though.
Buyer pays 15% to StubHub
Seller pays 12% to StubHub
Very generously though PayPal do not take a cut of the % as well. That would just be greedy after all.
Of course you will have to wait 5-8 working days after the event has taken place to actually get your money for the tickets.
Buying in demand tickets and flipping them overnight for a decent profit is a thing of the past on EB UK. |

I looked into StudHub last year and I am not going to use that for the simple fact that you will not get the funds until after the event, and the event isn't on until July so I cannot wait until then. |

You still have to watch out for problems.
Check where the sellers on ebay ie are located.
Make sure their listings are staying up.
