Default Is eBay not letting anyone sell?

I tried to list some items yesterday, but for some reason it wouldn’t let me. When I go to browse categories for my listing, it keeps saying "page not responding" and it asks to try again in ten to fifth teen minutes. Every time I try it says the same thing. Has anyone else received this problem?

Either the problem was/is with ebay's servers or your internet connection.

What browser are you using?
Have you tried to clear the cache and try again?
You have not been restricted by eBay, have you?
Have they requested that you take a tutorial?

Google search: ebay list browse categories "page not responding"

I was using FireFox from Hungary a few weeks ago. And I noticed a similar occurrence. ONLY when I was searching for keywords listed in the auction listing's body, however.

(If I clicked that option box directly below the search box on the search page.. it wouldn't let me search and the same page came up.)

I was also searching for some fairly conspicuous terms as well... Maybe that's what triggered it?

Run this: The W3C Markup Validation Service

on eBay's pages or copy and paste their source code and put in there. It'll explain everything.

I won't even list the errors...
Here is what I got:
