ebay reinstated my account!!
 

I called them up and talked to some nice guy and he asked me why i created the accounts and i told him it was mistake and will never happen again (it was 7 accounts) and he told me just to never make another account and i said i promise and next thing you know he said he'll reinstate my selling privileges! don't lose hope in ebay!!

i sold social network services on my main then it got banned and i made more and then they got banned. Now i made one more (this is my new main) and this one lasted 2 years before getting limited (i was selling legit items on this account but it got limited because of the other accounts).

calling up ebay from time to time obviously can help, especially as you had nothing to lose

Similar happened to me and I think even though they say you can have it back i think they will still remove it, They did mine.

I had 3 accounts, on two accounts listed the same item so they shut down all accounts, i called and he said i can make another but not to list the same items on multiple accounts, few weeks later it gets banned indefinitely because it linked to my other accounts that had been suspended. I called again and it was a different story.

A ban because i listed the same items on two accounts is silly.

Well, if there is a strong link between the accounts (like name, IP, phone number), then yes, but just for selling the same type of items is not enough to get you linked.

They was not stealth accounts. Actual details, same IP etc.
Point being they got suspended (all 3) I called and sorted the problem and was told i could open another account no problem just don't open multiple accounts with same items.
I opened an account as told and it still got shut down

From my experience it doesn't matter what they say on the phone, another will review it when another account is opened, see that the old had been suspended and they will take action.

Stealth from now on ;)

Just saying OP shouldn't count on keeping it. I hope he does though, i could just be really unlucy

Yea I swear some reps say what u want to hear because, maybe they are not in the mood to go down that road or rather pass it off to someone else

Early on , I had an account that was clearly linked , they told me what it was linked to I thought I got the nicest trust and safety person ever

She seemed so concerned , said she would take care of everything even boosted my limits from 100/5000 to 200/8000

And anyone else I got on the line wanted to pull the plug

Anyway I got 2 weeks more out of the account and did make $8000 which was an extra $4000 that she gave me with the increase

But that was it the next month they waited till I paid that nice seller fee, which I was a few days late with it also which now looking back , it was all planned because as soon as I paid $1200 in fees, hours later MC999, and I called trying to get her but that was that


Just plan ahead , wish u the best, maybe they actually did take care of it but so un characteristic of them, just get prepared
