ebay new system shows accounts associated with current account
 

So I have this stealth ebay account that I have been using for a 1 year now.

When i log in to it, it shows another 2 ebay stealth accounts on the home page that it says its associated with my account.

They are both mine but i never created them as a seller account, this is a new thing in ebay now?

Yeahhh, I'd like to see a screen shot of that too! finally something new:) Would be amazing if eB showed you before head what accounts you are associated with.

At least you know that those accounts have been linked. Stop using the other two accounts before eBay volcano burn your stealth accounts.

@rocketman, accounts are linked - moving forward, since you know that....you should have other unlinked backup accounts going.

Your linked accounts may or may not go down but just be wise about how you operate them.

I use Portable Firefox....
Mozilla Firefox, Portable Edition | PortableApps.com - Portable software for USB, portable and cloud drives

I install it in each stealth user account separately so all cookies are separate.

I created the saying HIDE BY BUTT because of 100s of accounts I am on and off ebay all the time I have hidden my butt from them so well they dont even know which direction to look.

Everything has to be well organized and kept track of so you dont do this.

I thought it is enough to use separate user accounts for each stealth account in order to keep all cookies separated. That's what the stealth guide says anyway. So why use the portable browser version?

Why are you telling separate windows user account with portable browser. Isn't it redundant?

If we use separate windows user accounts for each stealth ebay account then it keeps all user data separate from other user accounts.

And if we keep separate portable browser installations in separate folders for each stealth ebay account in "A windows user account" then it also keeps your data separate. That means we don't need to have several user accounts with several separate portable browser installation policy.

Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Interesting idea. I never tried and wouldn't dare to try what you are suggesting, however it might actually work and save a lot of time. Just make sure to reset your ip each time you log into your new eBay account and also make sure to check for duplicate ips.

It's just another option (portable browsers). It's a neat idea but I can see it being identifiable as portable browsers leave breadcrumbs. It would be easy to identify these users in mass (not many people use portable browsers) and to add a flag when reviewing an account. At least I would think so, I haven't looked into portable browsers in awhile. The useragent must give away some details of the browser + the lack of certain browser fingerprint (ex. no Flash) . It's neat but probably not for the masses.

Made many stealth accounts with out the portable edition of Firefox and never had a problem (still need separate user profile in Windows), but it seems like an intriguing idea, might have to experiment around with it.
