Nope, they transferred me every time no problem. The first time it happened it didnt even ask because i didnt know. They said hold while i transfer you and it was connected to Security and they pretty much can do anything to your account from there.
Also, i lost my internet connection at one point and i was so upset because i thought i had to start all over and explain the situation again. But as soon as live chat started i told them i was speaking with someone in security and they transferred me to someone else and they were able to assist me from where we left off.
