For making Top Rated Seller this month!

On an account...that ebay won't let me sell under.

For real, I just got an email congratulating me on making Top Rated Seller, and its a distinguished honor blah blah I take customer satisfaction seriously, blah blah. Checked my seller dashboard...still in the penalty box and not allowed to list anything.
