I just made a new ebay account & got MC011.

I called in but they are asking me to fax invoice or receipts.

What should I do?

A blank DVD? Why? That's considered risky.
A few questions:
1. How old was the account?
2. Was the Paypal Fully Verified?

I was trying to get a few sales, it was a few days old & yes the paypal was Fully Verified

Well the account is toast, start over. Might want to age the account a little longer than a few days.

When you are new seller on eBay. First thing you have to ask is are the items I am going to list phaked? Then you have to ask yourself is it a phad or something like that? Overall I will say eBay doesn't like new sellers selling new brand name items or electronics.

I will say however, I have started accounts selling items like used garage door openers. After I have a few feedback listed used jeans just never anything high end. Always take lots of pictures of anything you list. Especially early on and make it look like you are a new seller trying to move some of your items lying around your house.

If I had a preferred category to list items to start accounts. It would probably be $5-20 used car parts.

Account is NOT toast. Fax in some "invoices" (you can even make some up on word if you would like) and call them and talk to them about your business practices. Tell them you have been in business for years and are looking to liquidate any and all of your non-sellable merchandise that you cant normally sell in a store type setting.

With a new account, they just want to know who you are, what your intentions are and what you are all about, especially with what your future is on eBay. Tell your story and talk to the right rep, you got your account back no problem.

Ugh, all my secrets are EXPOSED.
