eBay address and physical address
 

Hi,
Do eBay and Paypal address must match the physical address and the IP address?
I am from Israel and I would like to buy eBay and PP account that have US address.
Can I surf in Ebay & PP account which have US address with my Israel IP address?

1. Address on eB and PP should match each other - IP address should match country of the account registration.

2. So get a US address - speak to sellers here

3. Not best to do that - you should use Israel IP

Yes info should match. IP should be in the country of the account.
You could purchase an account. You then would have the need to have a USA bank account and a proper address for returns. Have you thought of that?

I use a drop shipper so I don't need a US return address.
Can't I use Israeli bank account to withdraw?
Is it possible to get a US IP address?

My plan is to buy an account from the sellers in this forum and act with the account like my "Israeli" accounts.
Is it possible?
