account recovery company is knocking my door
 

They called me twice, and sent a letter to me:

Dear Sir/Madam:

Creditor: ebay inc.
Ref. # 987654321
Amount: $1234.56

Your account has be placed with our office to be resolved. There may be several options open to you.

......
...........
.... (end of letter)

After bankrupting my family(ebay had been my only income for 7 years), letting customers robbing away muiti thousands dollars from me, ebay is sending dogs to my house.

I have made my mind to make sure ebay get nothing from it. I am even considering to sue ebay at my own timing.

I would also like to hear your guys' experience with it.

It's not looking good, it looks like they have you...

Tell them you never had an eBay account and that you have no idea what this is all about. Then ask them who the person was who opened the eBay account (and act dumb, of course) and ask them if somebody stole your identity.

They called me to confirm that I am the person they want to talk. On the first conversation, I did say I was the guy. But I also told them I did not know what they were talking about.

On the second call, I refused to confirm my identity. I asked them what they were calling for. They said they could only discuss that after I confirmed my identity. But I refused. They said they would continue to call until....

"continue to call until..." might be their only lethal weapon?

What is the name of the recovery company?

I recently received an official looking letter from "Natale Law Offices" concerning some past debt. Included in the letter was, what looked like an official "Plaintiff's Claim" "Superior Court of Justice" document (stamped "Draft"). I was a little concerned, at first - until I Googled the "lawyer" named in the letter: Deanna L. Natale.

Then I started laughing as I read through some of the posts about her, her methods and her "firm".
