A credit card on one account would link to any old suspended accounts.

I don't have either credit card but was looking into getting a card so I can make purchases and earn points and cash back. I never used a credit card on my ebay account that was suspended.I only used my bank account with paypal, purchasing and selling. I'am afraid if I get a legit credit card with my name on it they would link it to my old account. I got tired of going in and out of my bank account on every transaction, buying and selling.
