2 ebay accounts restricted - general question
 

I am in a partnership with another ebay seller, using his account for our business, we recently got restricted for some sort of copywrite issue. I also sell my own items on my own personal accounts but since we use the same internet connections and computers the accounts have became linked and thus restricted as well.

One of my personal accounts is indefinetly restricted as it was only recently created, the other seems to be fine (ebay told me it was because the account is such a long standing one).

My question is if we use my un-restricted account to sell the partnership items on and link the paypal account to it as well, will this account also become restricted?

Well, if you sell the same type of item you will likely get another copywrite issue and the account will be restricted.
If you link the old Paypal account (associated to the already linked Ebay account) this will likely make your un-restricted account to restricted.
Why not create everything stealth and new?

...moreover, if you mess around with the accouns, I strongly doubt Ebay will let live your long standing one just because il a vintage one... careful, they will link it and restrict this one as well.

Thanks for the reply, we would be going through all the items to make sure there are no copywrite issues anymore

I just had a 12 year account killed for one low DSR too many.....who ever told you they would leave that other account alone because it was long standing was lieing to you...if it's hooked to anything in common with those 2 dead accounts, well, it's just a matter of time, IMO.

Welcome to the forum. It is crucial for future success not to be linked. That would be my primary concern. Then make stealth accounts. Never ever believe what eb agent tells you. It's their job. I have had them be sugar and spice and all things nice. Hang up and acct. is restricted with verification required that can't be provided.
