i am in hk and would like to know the detail of buying ebay account with paypal linked

1. as i am in hk and don't have any US back account. how can i get the money after item sold?

2. is there anything i have to note according to your experience?

In order to use a USA Ebay/Paypal you will need to have the following:
1. A US IP
2. US Bank Account (This is the only reasonable way to withdraw funds after sales)
3. US Address where you can receive returns
