EB April Fools?

Is EB doing some type of April Fools Joke on FB%?

Yesterday, I had 99.9% positive feedback (1 negative fb). Today I have 99.8% negative feedback (1 negative fb) and 812 positive for the 12 mo duration. Is this a joke or does this have something to do with new DSR system? I don't see how DSR should affect your FB%
