first time business account setup on ebay
 

so I have read a good amount here on the forums but wanted to double check a few things.

so if I am setting up a first time biz with a EIN would it be okay to use a address variation of a home residence?

the address has been used before but I can change the city and street name in a pretty major way.

also do you enter the business name then on everything ebaywise and not your real name?

if is there any other tips for the intial business setup anyone can advise me on I would appreciate it.
