not receive dispute through PP

I got a did not receive dispute. when i logged into ebay, it directed me to pp of which i assume he filed the claim through paypal?

i uploaded the shipping address, and delivery confirmation.

Is the dispute process any more/less favorable to the seller through Paypal? will my infor provided suffice?

If you uploaded the tracking number and it shows it was delivered then its out of your hands really..If thats the case then you did everything right. The buyer may need to talk to his local PO or something..
