Yeah, you can't do that.

You'll either have to go with a different connection (mobile hot spot maybe) or a VPN connection.

That is the default route for the Hotel's broadband router.

Unless they have no security whatsoever, there's no way you're going to access their local network to modify the IP.

By the way, if you're at a Hotel, aren't you on vacation? Enjoy your vacation and stay away from eBay/PP/Amazon :)

Cause the hotel to have a power cut and hope they are using a dynamic ISP :thumb:

Much better option though is to use a USB modem or phone tether

You don't mess with internet that's not yours. There is no exception to this.
