eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - Buy it Now & Number of Feedbacks

I just saw a seller listing a buy it now item with only four feedbacks. Without doing any research, my assumption is that the 5 positive feedback requirement for buy it now was removed on September 16. September 16 is the date the new fixed price listing fees of 35 cents for multiple items took effect.

Any thoughts or discussion?

That makes a +4 score with more than 5 positive feedbacks.

You have to have 10 unless you accept paypal then you only need 5.

because one of his seller/buyer was banned after he listed buy it now,so that feedback was removed

I was able to list BIN with having 5 feedbacks, according to the number in the left hand corner above your last feedback. Not the feedback number with the star next to it. I was surprised.
