How Do These Guys Get Away With It. Because Its ebay?
 

How do these guys get away with it.

These are I sold it on ebay stores and they have 20 to 30 negative feedbacks and bad shipping and customer service ratings. How and why are they still allowed to sell.

Here are links to there feedback. The first guy has about 25 negs and bad seller ratings.

With the amount they've sold I don't see what you think the problem is. They both have over 99% rating, and their DSR's are fine...

Those number are not to bad....
Sell 1,000 items get 2 NEG's......... Not to bad
Sell 10 items and get 2 NEG's....... That is really bad

Well I'm sorry, if you think that's bad, then tell me why the HELL this guy hasn't been suspended?!?

Yes, it's a little odd isn't it.

I just can't understand why eBay hasn't suspended them.

There is this bit of feedback info on the first page: "sellers account suspended never recieved item"
So it looks like he was suspended from selling until he improved his DSRs. Which isn't likely to happen.

Upon closer examination, it looks like the seller was doing well until late July. I'm guessing sometime after that, he was suspended from selling and eBay/PP sent out a nice little note to his buyers advising them to do chargebacks. It looks like he started to refund customers. PP probably also froze his account. They, like most buyers, left negative feedback, as well.
Does this sound familiar to anyone?

If the seller is smart, they'll find this forum.
