Account ? LImits decreased MC999
 

I have an account with perfect feedback. 60 FB.

• 2 negatives were reveresed by my calling in - one violated EBAY rules and one was FB extortion
• ebay did a negative feedback reversal with out me doing anything
• i had a Did not receive claim which I won because I had shipping confirmation. this buyer left a negative which i called ebay on today and they are reversing because "ebay appreciates the professional way I'm managing the account" per the guy on the phone.

RIght after I won the did not receive claim, Ebay lowered my limits to 79 /$3700 I don't sell anywhere near that limits so I'm no overly concerned.

My question, is the lowering likely due to the history above or due to not utilizing the limits?

They look at your average it selling over a period and if you do not sell to the limits every month they reduce it.

once decreased, do they easily go back up?

They look at your DSR, if your DSR meet Ebay standard, ebay will raise your limit but first they evaluate your account. There is no time frame when limits will go up...

I guess the only logical way for them to go back up again would be to keep selling very close to the limits each month and them evaluating your account.
