I think 3k for any account that you need to chg info on is too much. You may not see limits, but you will once you change info and start selling. I think 3k would just be plain foolish on your part. BUT....if you are hell bent and determined to buy it, then I would not change anything on this account except the PP bank account and the EB registered address. At least for now. Make sure you do this on this persons computer when making the changes. I am also assuming this person lives by you and not like an hour away.

it is safe to call ebay on a steath acct and request a higher selling limit.i have had acct 4 months and the will let me only sell 10 items
