Buyer wants to cancel right after making Paypal payment.

Had a buyer today requesting to cancel right after making the payment :confused:. Surely if he wants to do this he should be able to go into resolve a problem right? Or would i have to do something on my part?Thanks.

Hmm if you refund then you need to cancel the transaction to get the FVF back
