Using Old Address
 

Say if I were to "move out" of my current address, which is limited,
and if (stealth name) "moved in" to my current address, would he be suspended if he were to create an account?

It is indeed very possible. Part of the linking process - sadly...but nothing is 100% with pp/eb

As Rsot may recall,
I had a link on one of my stealth accounts due to a phone number that belonged to a suspended member 2 years+ prior. So yeah, I would bet your address poses a greater threat than my cell phone number. I would also like to note that it took them 2 months before they suspended the account.
