EB fooled me this mornng
 

So I get up this morning and check my EB account so I can get my labels printed and stuff packaged up for shipping. I see that I have a message from EB. Here is the message:

So I am thinking "how awesome this is. i have had 1 neg FB from mid last year and now it will be gone" I go to look at my FB, and it is still there. What the hell do they think they did to improve my account then.

Anyhow, I thought it was kinda funny that they blew smoke up my arse, and I wanted to rant some.

Possibly negative from over 12 months?

Did your percentage or dsrs change at all?

No lie at all.
My accounts get dozens of them removed every month. DRS scores etc...Also it could have been left this morning/last night and removed for reasons such as non paying bidder, etc. Also they send those messages even if it was from a very long time ago on smaller accounts.

This happened to me as well but nothing on my account had changed?!

Nope, this was my one and only negative. It is still there.

This could make sense can't because they had removed a neutral before, BUT they had sent me a message over that when they did it awhile back.

This is a real account, so maybe I will just call and see if they can't remove the one thats there since they sent the message. Hopefully I get someone really really dumb.

The message was for FB that was removed over a month ago when I had called in about inappropriate FB

Yes Ebay play these games sometimes. Its probably just a follow-on email from an action thats been taken already. I wont worry about it. Keep selling and posting items out on time and build your account. Good luck

Your were proactive with someone who left you wrongful FB.
