Ipad use on account
 

Hi All,
I am ready to start on ebay again after setting up accounts etc etc. Before I start listing from my desktop computer I was wondering how I go about @cleaning@ up my ipad as I used this on my old accounts. Do I need to do anything specifically so I can upload new pictures from my ipad to my ebay sales??

Bear with me Im unsure what you mean. I just used my camera off the ipad.
I used the ipad through my home wifi, and also tethered to my phone.
Is tethering through my phone ok or will they pick up on that too?

Are you uploading the pictures directly from your iPad to eBay, or are you sending them over to a laptop/desktop first and then using the laptop/desktop to list on eBay?

If you are taking pics with your iPad and plugging in your iPad to ur PC and copying the pics over to your deaktop( method I use) once the pics are on your PC just clean the exif data, I use exif cleaner, free program easily downloaded and used

I was going to log on to the account via my wifi and upload pictures to ebay from the ipad that way?

And will you be doing that via a browser or via the eBay APP?

The APP is no good for stealth.

If you are uploading directly from the iPad you will need to find a way to clean the EXIF data before the picture is uploaded.

Ok chaps thanks for the help.
I was going to load pictures via the browser from my ipad.
I take it Im best loading them onto my desktop then using the software to remove the EXIF data

Its the method I use.

Batchpurifier is the EXIF data remover I use and it works very well.
