limit 1500 a month
 

i have an account that has a limit of 1500 a month and my account is a powerseller. i have $21 listing left but i posted 3 items for .99 start on auction and im sure it will past that $21 once auction is done. is this a red flag? hope to hear your comments

You are just selling to your limits, and add to that it is a powerseller account, I don't see any issues.

The auctions won't stop increasing at $21. But after you've crossed that limit, you won't be able to list any items beyond that.

I also would not try any Second Chance Offers to anyone if you have multiple items in stock. Its just safer to wait it out.

At this stage I dont see it been a problem, but when the auction is finished and items sold you will see that you will have passed your limit and wont be able to list until the following month. My advice? Patience is a virtue. Just wait till your allowance gets increased again.

Is the 1500 just sales on eBay ? That does not pertain to PayPal the 500 a month withdrawl does it .without verifying info with paypal

What does the $500 paypal withdrawl limit have to do with the OP going past his/her selling limit on Ebay?
