Too many idiots in the world!
 

Why is it that a buyer buys a BIN item from me and then buys the same items individually from me in an auction, then wants to know if he can swap them out for different pieces that he and I both know are worth more than what he bought?

"Hell no you can't swap, go crawl back up the turnip truck you fell off of"

Buyers just really surprise me with the dumb crap they ask.

Well tell him you will swop if he pays the difference?

You have to remember you have a dilemma with regards to the feedback he can now leave you

Lol, he didn't like that option. But it is a real account, so I am hoping if worse comes to worst, then I can call and let EB see the messages. Hopefully, it does not come to that.

So he buys 1 item BIN then another one from auction then asks you to exchange it for one that is more expensive and doesn't want to pay extra for it?

I swear at times I feel it's like dealing with Walmart customers.

Sounds like a moron.

I do not think it would work too well if I tried that on the high-street. Some buyers are just idiots.

The buyer knows full well what he is doing.
