What is this new Order defect rate nonsesense from ebay

If you go to seller dash board they are telling me I will be below standarded because buyers have opened up cases?. Are you kidding me?. Nothing I can do will ever stop this. We have 4 months until many accounts are canned because of this. I mean there is no way to stop getting open cases. It just happens.
