How do i get my dsr up?
Well i hit below standard this month (only on shipping time), and now my selling limits has gone down to 115! (originally 150)
What can i do to get my shipping time up? I already mark the item as shipped within the first 10 minutes of it being sold (i usually have it packed and stamped by that time), so i don't understand why my shipping time dsr would be low!
I don't ship with tracking and this is because the items i sell are $2.99 (i make 1.00 profit on each sold) and in order to keep expenses down i ship with normal letter mail (which cost me $0.98 instead of the 1.93 for first class).
If i sell more items will the dsr raise? because so far i have 5 bad ratings out of 240 transactions, so if i get more transactions it should raise. |
