Digital delivery...... Alternative?!?
 

Hi guys and gals.

Loving this new forum after my recent ban for digital goods.

I was thinking as my product sold well, why fix what isn't broke but these go as high risk item. If I was to get business cards printed up and I hand write each code on it.... Send that out and use eBay to print postage. Pop these in the post but still email so users get it faster. Would that work?

A High Risk Item stays and remains a "High Risk Item" in the eyes of Ebay even if you send it by post or deliver in person.
This will not save your account.
Your account needs to sell no-risky stuf for a while to grow up before selling a few items of risky stuff.
And even doing so, it coud go down any time...
