To the way of new stealth account
 

I think I made everything right but till now I can’t find answer to something. So what I did.

I bought Linux based VPS with clean IP. The support installed some kind of operation system on it. It is liter than Windows and you can buy cheaper service.

Made new email, ebay and paypal account to my friend address and his real name.

Now I need to add VCC. I am from small country in Europe. If I used let’s say vanilla visa prepaid or buy some VCC for the forum is this right or is suspicious for PayPal (Because of my country)?

Last problem is that I can’t add bank account because I am outside of USA. Can I buy some kind of virtual currencies like Linden Dollars or PayPal will suspend me in no time?

So please tell me what is the safest way to really use my money?

would be nice to know where are you from.
Anyway, here my opinions:

I would not have used your friend's name. If your new account will be banned your friend's name will be in the EB+PP black list.
The guide still explain this as a viable way but is common opinion of the forum that is better to use a made up name.

I am in a relatively small country of EU and I did find some VCC on the forum that works but there are other solutions... depends on the country.

You can use your money to buy stuff you need ro, as I usually do, buy gold and silver coins. This is one of the possibilities.
I guess you are managing a USA account from EU... I think there might be other issues than just IP or bank account.
Do you have an accessible address in US?

My account is made in my country not a US one. A little help with a working VCC in my country will be appreciated. What other solutions can i use?

Also I buy one US placed account with buyVCC. I do not have an accessible address in US. What problems can occur if i sending the goods from my country?
About the silver and gold coins you mean real ones right.

For the other questions related to the US account wait for someone dealing with US accounts. I only run IT accounts and I am not familiar with specific issues but I remember reading in the forum that having an accessible address might be necessary.
As far as silver and gold coins are concerned I do mean real ones.

I saw in selling section that people selling their VCC's for worldwide use. Some opinion?

Well, I can give you directions from my little experience.

I have created some accounts and most of them using VCC from forume sellers.
I was getting VCC from one seller which was fine for the first account but when I try to create another one, his VCC were not welcome anymore fror Italian Paypal. The account was limited immediately (I did not even bother to write them or call... lost).

I found another seller that has VCC and AVS, Xenix. With his AVS was ok at least for 3 accounts. Bear in mind that it might not work for your country... I do not know.

In Italy I can also find Gift Cards (Mastercard) that work well with Paypal.it.
I think I will use them from now on it has some balance in there. I feel more comfortable.
