Selling Limits

I went to my Seller Dashboard today to find out how many items i can list for my selling limits.

It was gone. I know i had limits.

16month old acct.
first sale April 2014
called in 2 weeks ago to get it from 10/1000 to 100/5000

Whats going on here?

May simply be an error on the website, eBay has a lot of them pretty often.

Have you tried creating a new listing to see if it tells you your limits after you submit the listing?
