Cannot receive eBay payment
 

When I sold 2 items at my new eBay account, I did not link my PayPal account with my eBay account. After I notice it, I linked my PayPal account to my eBay account to hope the two orders will get payment from buyer. On my eBay account, I see these on the left side bar which it show the eBay account received the two orders with amount on green color. There is a new order with not received amount on red color. This issue happened 2 weeks already, what can I do on this issue? How can I received payment from buyer? I tried to send message to the buyers, but buyers did not get back to me. I don't know how to make sure if the buyers pay or not, but on my PayPal account, I did not receive any payment. I don't know what can I do right now. Please help me with this. :pout:

Hello,
There might not even be a problem with your account.
As you always receive a payment.

The buyer obviously has not paid and you can open a case after 2 days.

If the buyers had a problem they would have contacted you.

I finally find out that I made a mistake, I did not confirm the email address at PayPal, so PayPal postpone the payment on my account. I didn't know I need to confirm the email account at PayPal in order for the payment to go through. I finally get my money display on PayPal.

And then I have new issues. After I sold 3 items, I want to list 3 more items, but eBay did not let me list any new items. Do you know why this happen?:focus:

I just try to relist the sold item, but it said my list is reach the selling limit. It shows on eBay account that I have 9 active lists and 1 sold list. I just want to relist the sold list, but it said I need to increase the selling limit in order to relist the sold item. Do you know why that happen?

What is quantity showing in the listing that you are trying to list?
It would have to have 9 or less to be able to relist it.

Then your limit must be 10........9 active and 1 sold =10.......so, is 10 the current item limit of this account?

eBay shows that I have 7 active lists, and other 3 items sold and ship out. Why I cannot relist these three sold item? 7 active + 3 sold = 0 I can list. Why this happen?

Yes, you are right. 7 active + 3 sold = 10, so I cannot list any more items. What can I do with my account? Waiting for the other 7 items sold out? What else can I do?

You can make new accounts, or wait until next month when your limits reset, just like RSOT said....those are your options.
