Chaning IP address + VPN

I have numerous UK ebay accs, changing IP address by resetting the router works fine for now.

I will be moving to Thailand and need some info on changing ip address and using a VPN to show that I am in the UK.

use VPS, is the best way to have a 100% UK ip address
