ebay let me contact to active account
 
Hi, I just list an item in the ebay, after about 30 min, I received email that my account is restrict, they let me to contact them in 2 days!

Do you think I need to contact them?

Yes. Contact them. If you got the MC999, then it's a thing that all new accounts have to go through.

Sometimes you'll get lucky and they'll ask you simple questions about what you're selling (just act through it all). If you're not lucky, they'll ask for public records identifying information.

...which item were you selling?
If it was something VERO or high risk, I guess is a wasted call.

Only if you contact them, will you have any chance of reinstatement.

...Or make new stealths and forget it - but also look at what you are selling...high risk?
