Strange mc999, harmless or should I be concerned

Ok, got this mc999. Normally I would be scared if some false accusations of trademark violations even tho I sell generics. Got this mc999, no trademark violations, is my acct marked for dead?

Hello generic eBay user
To ensure sellers consistently provide a high level of buyer satisfaction, we monitor the site for listings that are likely to result in eBay Money Back Guarantee cases. When we review these types of listings, we look at criteria such as a listing’s images, the accuracy of the title and description, and other factors that may lead a buyer to be unhappy with their purchase.

Unfortunately, the item mentioned further below met these criteria and has been ended. We took this action to help you avoid a negative buyer experience that could affect your account standing.

While these items are no longer available for buyers to purchase, they can be found in the "Unsold" folder in your My eBay. If your listing was multi-quantity with successful buyers, the item will be in the "Sold" folder instead.

Please review your listings for areas that can be improved. For example, make sure your listings have:
-a clear description
-great photos
-an accurate title

If the issue can't be fixed (item is out of stock, etc.), please don't relist the item.

For more information about best practices for selling, go to:
http://pages.xebay.com/sellerinforma...ces/index.html

Here is the listing we're concerned about:
1814XXXXXXX - item 1
1814XXXXXXX - item 1
1814XXXXXXX - Item 1

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Thanks,

eBay

I have never seen that. And I agree with you, that MC999 sounds harmless. In fact, they even tell you that you can relist them. Do you have a clue as to what they are wanting you to improve?

Its harmless and moronic.
I got one on an account earlier this week for a book due to it having certain keywords in the listing title.
It was a romance novel and it was 'miscategorized' as being explicit and not to relist it...

Ebay is losing its mind

I have no clue as to what they want me to improve. I have other accts selling the same thing, sold 100s of these and not a problem before. Maybe I should add a paragraph more in the description or something.

I have a hard time believing they removed your auction and gave no reason....I've had many removed and have ALWAYS been given a reason....if they did pull any and gave me no reason, I'd be on the phone with them in 30 seconds....

Yes, I read it, there are only generic vague statements....if that's the whole message, I'd be dialing them now.

I had one just like that and figured out the picture was not clear, I only had one picture and it was blurry.

Yes they sure are CJ.

I got hit with a message that I was keyword spamming for the word VINTAGE ANTIQUE. Have used this since 1995 and now they call it keyword spamming.

Amazing.
