Item disappeared after being revised..
Does eBay review ALL revised listings manually now? This item has been up for a number of days, but then I realized I wasn't getting many buyers because of category (actually a minor difference).
I just revised a listing and it was in my "view item for sale" page under my ID and then just vanished as soon as I revised it and put it in the right category. I don't seem to remember this type of activity a few weeks back.
This account bypassed the MC999 call-in. Listed a low risk item as well because the account is relatively new (a couple weeks old). So yeah, what the hell? Is this eBay tightening up on things listed in the wrong category? Am I screwed, or is this a legitimate system thing and I'm just paranoid? I never really bothered to pay attention until I started being extra careful about my accounts recently.. From what I can notice, this is an ABSOLUTELY NEW PROCESS. The listing had already gone through one manual review and may be going through another. It also doesn't seem to matter if your account has been put through an MC999 call-in or not, but I guess we'll see what happens.
EDIT1: Will report back on results if the listing went through or not.. It's 6 hours later, still no results. |
