Does DSR and Feedback show instantly ?

Just two questions.

1. Let say a buyer leaves a Neutral or Negative Feedback. It is visible in the Recent feedback ratings right away.

However the feedback is NOT shown in the NEW Seller performance standard in the Dashboard.
Why such discrepancy ?

2. When the buyer leaves Feedback and its shown in the Recent feedback ratings.
Do DSR ratings also reflect right away(instantly) or there is a gap of several day before they are visible in the NEW Seller performance standard in the Dashboard?

It usually takes at least 24 hours or more to update
