People asking for mailing address?

I got two emails asking for mailing address by ebay users. One saying for personal privacy and other because they don't have paypal. Is this a trap lol

The one said where to send money order that he or she bought items from me but from the listing I don't see they bought anything.

What? Either they have a ebay transaction or they don't? I assume they are both paying for an auction? Did they ask you if you take mail in payments? etc, etc. Or are you saying 2 random ebay people want your address? Need a few more facts.

Give them nothing and ignore them. If they don't pay by normal means, they just want to play games.

well one person bought 3 items from me and asking for payment money order so i think its okay but the other one is asking out of the blue for some reason. Ebay doesnt read emails with addresses do they?

Of course eB can read any email that goes through their system.

Money order is understandable. If you want to accept those types of payments, the customer needs an address to send it to. Get a PO Box if you don't want to give out anything personal.

The one just asking for an address randomly, piss off.

And anything you do on EB can be seen by EB. Just keep that mindset.

If you are getting these types of messages, look at your listing. Are you spelling out everything for the doofus, oops buyer?
If not, look at making amdendments

Thanks. I emailed him through yahoo email my address not through ebay. Might need to get a po box soon. 1 out 150 or so pay through money order
