Cant' sign in because of Password change, don't have access to any 3 options
 

Ok, my current situation is that I have one account that I recently just sold something on and I noticed on the paypal page that my expected fund release date has been moved back. But, I can't log in to my account because of the recent breach and I don't have access to the old e-mail and the phone number I used is no longer available.

Now I'm thinking about calling them, but their customer support is down so they say and I still wouldn't have a way to call them because I wouldn't get that special number to call in. Is there anything I can do? I'm all out of options right now. Thanks in advance.
