New stealth account - few questions
 

Hello!
I have few question before open a new ebay account:
1. I want to use the address which is 160 miles from my IP address, is this will be a problem?
2. Can I use my mother for creating an account (her address is different, but in same town, she has her own bank account, new cellphone number). Can ebay track that person is my mother?
3. I want to use my friend address and his information. He has ebay and pp accounts where this address is already used. I never use this address in my suspended account. Can I be suspended again because he is logged in his account in my IP?

I don't have any other options at this time, so I will give a try... what else can I do?

You have the option to not use anyone informations or addresses.
Make your own new "identity" and possibly find an address you have access to (PO Boxes in your country?).
Chose an address not far from where your IP is.
Start from here, lot of people di it this way... me too.

Ok, but what about the PP limits, they want an ID and address verification to lift the 3,300$ limit? Or I need to make 2-3 account with same amount of PO boxes because items that I sell are above this year limit.

...as far as PO Boxes are concerned it depends on your business, returns and so... and so.
Generally speaking, yes you shall replicate everything, new name address phone mustaches... everything.
