Ebay Minimum Invoice?

Is there a minimum amount to be incurred before EBay invoice us?

For example, if no sales take place, would an invoice be produced for a few pence listing fees?

Or does it need to to be a pound or so before an invoice is generated?

I think there is a minimum amount but I can't figure it out.

I read ages ago it was £1. Seems a good, round figure to start at.
