I got an order with a strange address

Is this one of those International Shipping companies?

Is there anyway to block these customers, I don't want to deal with international customers

It can be blocked by opting out in ebay shipping sections. Can't say exactly how offhand, but I thought about it once too. As far as seller protection goes, you are covered as long as you get it to the center in Kentucky.

My stuff is less than $40 so I was not too worried. If you are overly concerned about feedback or getting "taken" for an item......might opt out.

I never ever had a problem. Most people that order my stuff were very grateful to be able to get it finally (I don't ship directly outside US/Canada. Never have, never will.)

You must have opted in to the global shipping program. If you are opted into the global shipping program, you ship the item to that kentucky address, and ebay ships the item to the international buyer.

It's a box right at the top of the international shipping area on the listing page...uncheck it next time.

Have you entered the Global Shipping Program?

Consider withdrawing from that & quickly.

On new accounts you have to opt out. I have lost way too much $$ to even consider overseas shipping.

I think If you set your buyer preferences to ship where you want than it will,also block the global shipping

The first thing I do with new accounts is go into site preferences and under buyer preferences I check every country, and just ship within the 48 states, I even block PO boxes at first because on new accounts with the 21 day hold I feel every time I'd ship to a PO box in the past it sometimes took a week for the buyer to pick it up and sign until they pick their mail up from there box it won't say delivered

But any way if you set these preferences than the global program won't ship to any of those countries , unless u also check the box to override UR preferences in favor of the global program
