Need an item I can sell that is ver inexpensive that will get my defect rate down.
 

Buyers are opening up cases relentlessly sense springs bull****. I can barely hold them down. instead of them asking questions they just open a case now. It's so frustrating.

the cases are opened automatically even when they ask questions.

It seems that this product of yours is problematic, so stop selling it and switch to some household items like vases, pencils, utensils, etc.

And if I'm not mistaken, you can also not use your account for X amount of months till those defects expire.

Yeah. I guess I have to be 120% they work. So much for yard sell hunting. I'm looking for something I can sell 5 to 10 a day and not lose money or lose only like 10 cents.

This is happening because EBAY generates a cases should a buyer contact you.

Try to settle down and see what is happening with this influx of 'cases'.

Re-look at your business plan quickly. Are the items 'poor'?

Maybe change your business model and look for other things to sell OP
