MC999 then 6 months later account restored and GIANT LIMITS!!
 

so someone close to me got the mc999

complete seller shut down. I advised them it was over and they started making another stealth account.

now six months later the person said they have huge selling limits and their item is live.

they did not call ebay nor did they do anything they just used the account periodically to buy stuff.

how is this possible?

it's a fluke. With eBay everything is possible.

its not a fluke.

I actually got a email same as this person on a old account of mine that got banned.

saying sell again with this offer.... it was from ebay.

and yes they are selling again with no problems and no holds in paypal.

I just find this baffling as they were totally singled out 6 months ago now they are moving towards power seller status!?

I have 2 accounts that have 4 and 5 digit feedback, that I wish this would happen tooo.

I hear you, my other friend is going to check his old account later too, he got the email from ebay as well saying sell again with this offer.

I will keep u posted if he too gets his banned account back. not sure whats up but ebay maybe realizing they banned too many accounts.

I will say these accounts were originals with ssn attached but they all got the mc999 and could not sell.

I see a situation. You stay as a BUYER with a limited account. Ebay then feels like you learned your lesson and restores you selling ability.

yeah that could be it, I have no clue but I was really surprised by this and the person is selling just fine. I find it crazy tho
