Any way around that public info verify
 

Made an account few weeks ago linked it with paypal account, and waited until today to list a small cheap item under 5 bucks as a auction w/ buy it now

And couldn't even get the listing posted with it wanting to to the verify thing

Called and tried to do the answers and failed, something i did wrong and is there anything i can do now?

If this stuff doesn't work ill probably have to try buying an eBay account from here, if i can ever get enough money saved

EDIT: getting more info on the persons name i used and will try again on the questions..

Sounds like ID theft.

Did you have the OK of the person whose name you are using?

Read the stealth guide and more forum posts before deciding on using someone's real info - not the recommended way of stealth

Thats a no-no. Come up with your own original ID, no reason to drag someone else down.

I did have the ok, and i was spelling his name another way and did not even use his address, only name and dob

Don't need to justify it to the forums :) all about choice and avoiding problems
