The "New Paypal" design... instant bank verify gone?
 

Hi Guys,

I tried doing an instant confirmation on a bank last night with the New designed paypal, and there wasnt even an option to do it.... anyone else have this issue?

It should still be available. Paypal "likes" this option because they can see all your bank accounts you have under your online user ID.. I don't see why they would want to remove it. May just be in a different link.

Personally don't care for Instant Verify, I rather do 2-3 day verification.

I agree with others. 2-3 day verification has less risk than instant verification using online banking ID. Even though PayPal or any other organization are not allow to save the information, still possibility that they can see other linked accounts, but 2-3 days verification is completely not.

Some VBA providers on this forum only have instant verify available now. Other options have expired. IMO, works just as good; haven't had any problems either way 2-3 day or instant verification.

Key word there: VBA, VBA's are fine with instant verify but not necessarily a good idea with a real bank account.

I saw it recently available but prefer not to give the info they require and agree with everybody else. I don't like it.

There is a option at the bottom of the page to use classic template and you can use instant verify that way.

Actually that 'classic template' only shows you the history - NOT the whole site - so that's not an option.

Clicking "Wallet" and then "Classic Site" will bring up the desired options.

I was able to attempt the instant bank account verification on my legit account a couple weeks a go. It didn't work for some reason. I put in my online banking log-in and even the secret question when they asked. Never worked. The bank I use isn't nationwide, but it's fairly popular in several states.
