Register stealth buyer accounts

I am registering some buyer's accounts the aim is to buy items from our seller accounts to improve the rating. I seldom regsiter US account. My questions are if these accounts only buy do I need to add credit card on eBay? And do I need to verify bank account on Paypal? I have added rechargeable vcc on Paypal for source of fund. Any other issue need to take care before we can just buy from seller's account?

What you are wanting to do is very risky. I know you want to boost you seller rating but you run the chance of getting your seller accounts limited as well as the buyer accounts.
