Using Auctiva to leave feedback and Ship items?
 

Hi guys, well i have a simple question that has been bothering me and thought i should consult some advice if anyone has good information on this.

Basically i was wondering if you leave feedback, send email, add tracking info using Auctiva and NOT by logging to your eBay Account; If the IP address is Flagged and you do these actions using Auctiva directly, will eBay be able to tell your IP address?

Any help or advise will be appreciated, for now am not going to attempt it unless am sure.

eBay has no clue where you are accessing auctiva. I was using auctiva on the go and really enjoyed my time away.

I never send email using auctiva, I print labels from auctiva and has left feedback using auctiva.

I ran into issues at first on newer accounts where it was not uploading tracking numbers. Got that fixed.

Tracking numbers work fine. I have an issue with feedback. What I find so funny is, when you type the feedback, it is uploaded without issues. However, if you select a feedback from your list, it is NEVER uploaded.

Auctiva used to be great, when they sold out things went down hill quickly.

I dont use the feedback myself as I also had issues in the past.
